"My husband and I came in for a casual dinner because we were both craving duck confit and Ethos is one of the rare places that offers it. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available that evening, which was a bit disappointing at first. However, Mickael, our server, took such good care of us that it completely turned the experience around. We absolutely loved our mains (gnocchis are homemade and really yummy), and as a lovely gesture, we were offered a glass of wine, which made the evening even more special. The bread was delicious too. A truly enjoyable experience with wonderful service — We’ll definitely be back… strictly on a duck-confit mission"

"We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Ethos for New Year’s Eve, and from start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The food? A solid 10 out of 10. Every dish was beautifully crafted, but the steak was out of this world - easily one of the best we’ve ever had. What truly made the evening exceptional, though, was the impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, Michael greeted us warmly, introduced himself, and asked for our names - a small but meaningful gesture that set the tone for the night. Not only did he remember our names throughout the evening, but he also checked in frequently, ensuring everything was perfect. Michael wasn’t just professional—he made the experience fun. He engaged in conversation, shared some great jokes, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Chef Jason knows how he wants his food presented, and plates arrive promptly so food is hot or cold as appropriate, even when on the same plate. Our server was Tomas who always had time to share an opinion or check that we had everything needed even though the restaurant was full.
